SI™ Somatic Healing Practitioner
Four years ago, I started working with Lua as my somatic practitioner, and it completely changed my life. I didn’t realize then that I would eventually become interested in becoming a somatic practitioner myself, but as this work became so transformative for me and helped me understand myself on a new level, I felt extremely drawn to learning more about somatic healing and the nervous system.
For over a year, I looked into many different somatic practitioner trainings, but I couldn’t find one that felt like it encompassed the depth of knowledge, practical skills, and unique presence and approach that made Lua’s work so transformative for me.
Before enrolling in the Sensitive Intelligence™ training, I worked in mentorship with Lua to begin learning how to integrate this work into my existing practice as a health coach. In just four months of mentorship, I unlocked a new level of skills as a practitioner while also experiencing deeper healing within myself.
Her approach to the nervous system and body through a lens of science, innate intelligence, and deep embodiment completely shifted the way I understood healing and how I wanted to support others.
Lua cares deeply about this work and about helping others, and it shows in the way she has put together this training.

SI™ Somatic Healing Practitioner
Beginning this training and mentorship experience has felt like beginning a new chapter of my life that I wasn’t aware was possible. This experience has helped me continue on the path of discovering my true, core self and the capacity within me—not only for my own healing, but to support others in theirs.
The knowledge Lua has shared has been priceless to me, and it brings me back to the fact that the body can heal itself if it’s given the chance and has the right support.
Every human being who is suffering deserves the opportunity to experience this kind of healing. Learning how to hold space for others and do this work has been life-changing.

“I’ve had a front-row seat to Lua’s work, and what stands out most is that she doesn’t just know how to do the work—she knows how to transmit it. Watching her build her practitioner training, I saw her take a method that lived almost entirely in her hands and intuition and make it teachable: the tracking, the titration, the co-regulation, the way she reads a nervous system and waits for the body’s yes instead of prescribing. That’s a rare skill. Plenty of gifted practitioners can’t hand their gift to anyone else. Lua can, and the practitioners who find her are getting something they simply won’t get from a curriculum written by someone who has never sat where she sits.”
